On tap at the Cider Tap with Sarah. Pours a near clear golden orange with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma is full of slightly tart crisp apple with a hint of sweetness. Flavor has more tartness with a decent amount of sweetness with a nice dry finish.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. As Traditional Medium Cider. It’s an almost clear one, golden in color. Some coarse bubbles on top. Woody apple aroma with some hints of sugary fruityness. A bit thin on the palate, medium sweet, with a little sugary touch in the flavor. Mostly apples of course, and a hint of wood and yeast. A tasteful and quenching one. Drinks easily but is a bit sweet. 110130

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Comes as: "Gwatkin Traditional Farmhouse Cider Medium" at 4.8% ABV - as the image shown. Pours deep golden with a slight haze and a tiny, rough white head. Strangely subdued apple notes. Medium body, completely still. Sweet apple and biscuit notes. A little Sherry-like and barrelish. Unusual but not at all unpleasant. 300111

From a polypin at the Orchard, Bristol 15/01/11. Deep, hazy yellow in colour with a trace of carbonation. Aroma of tart apple fruit with plenty of barnyard. Flavour began with some sweetish juice, before a touch of oak and dry finish. Good.

Polycask at Oxford Beer Festival 16-10-09 Pours a very hazy yellow, difficult to see through. The nose is very rustic with perhaps a touch of sulphour. Taste is quite lovely, very appley more medium than dry, nice sweet apples, good bite, some tannins, feels thick in the mouth almost a little chewy. Possibly my favourite beverage of the evening.
