Fruity and light acidic aroma of apples and apple peel with notes of glue.
Fruity and light acidic flavour of apples, oak, glue and apple peel.

Bottle. Clear orange, light amber with no head. Very rustic nose, farmhouse aromas, sweet fermented apples. Harsh mouthfeel, acidic, oaky flavor, watery texture. One dimensional. Tart, drying finish. Not a pleasure to drink.

Bottled. An amber cider with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of over ripe apples and alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, alcohol, and wood, leading to a slightly tart finish.

Big tannin. Golden coloured very hazy in appearance and fruity with a really dry lasting finish.

Cask@GBBF2010. Hazy golden colour, small head. Aroma is extremely acidic sweet apples with mild cheesyness. Flavour is fruits, sweet and acidic apples as well as mild herbal/spicy notes.
