Slightly tart aroma with little apples and acetone.
Taste is overripe apples. Not as sour as aroma, but still a little acetone. No carbonation, sweet.

Screw cap botella. Clear nice golden colour, with a small white bubbly head. Sweet ripe apple sugary aroma. Good mouthfeel. Sweet apple sugary bit tart flavour. Apple sweet lightly alco finish.

Fruity aroma of apples, apple peel and glue.
Fruity flavour of apples, apple peel, oak and glue.

Bottle, 75 cl, at Papsø. Clear golden, small white head. Tart aroma of overripe apples. Flat carbonation. Sweet flavor with earthy, fruity notes of rotten apples. Slightly chemical and acidic finish.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a deep golden with a slight haze, no head. Aroma of sweet rotten apples - candy apples. Medium body, close to no carbonation, sweet overripe apples, some acetone and quite some alcohol in the finish. Lovely. 270812

75 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small to fully gone white head. Aroma is smooth fruity. Light sweet. Sulphorish. Sweet, light citric and mild acetone.Juicy and sweet finish.

750ml bottle. Deep, clear gold in colour with no carbonation. Slightlydry, apple fruit aroma with a hint of acidity and wood. Flavour was sweet and reminded me of French style ciders, although the finish was a lot drier and slightly tart. Very good.

Bottle. Hazy gold with a low carbonation. Aromas are earthy, ripe apple with sulphur and grape skin. Musty vinegar with hints of caramel. Flavours are sweet apple with ripe pear. Barnyard with cheese and tart citrus and vinegar. Rum and oak barrel with floral notes. Peppery and dry to finish.

Clear medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, tart apple, sweet apple. Flavor is light heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, very good and strong apple flavor. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. Very tasty ;O) [20110409]
