Botella. Clear thin yellow colour. sweet like fruity pear aroma. Ok mouthfeel. sweet fruity perry flavour with bit acid sourness in the finish. Fair.

Very, very pale yellow with almost no off-white head.
Pear aroma with a little sharp thing.
Taste the same. Sweet but with a fresh little tart bite.
Almost no carbonation, thin body. My first perry, as far as I remember!

Bottle. Pours clear pale golden - no head only large bubbles. Aroma is pear, wood, bitter berries with a fatty note. Taste is near medium sweet, light bitter and light acidic. Body is near medium,textures is oily, carbonation FLAT. Finishes quite acidic.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. My first perry. Light golden colour with a white head. Aroma with pears, oak and a yeasty note. Taste is sweet. Finishes sweet with pears and a wooden note.
