Bardzo dobre i tradycyjne piwo. Piekny mętny wygląd i beżowa piana/ Rubinowo-czerwone refleksy i aromat kwiatowy. Smak słodowy, pełny i treściwy. Finisz lekko wytrawny i dosadny. Polecam

Deep, hazy, almost pinkish pour with persistent creamy head. Enticingly sweet malty snout with a hint of (beet)rootiness? Ridiculously velvety mouthfeel. Sweet, smooth and slightly woody with some deliciously smoky, cigar-like afters. Creamily lovely.
3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Bov (8268) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - JUN 3, 2002
UPDATED: APR 27, 2003 brewed using buckwheat - dark reddish-brown colour, fine dense head, blackcurrant and plumy aroma, malty, light smokey, smooth and light-bodied, sweeties-like finish - there is unfortunately not much to carry its wonderful aroma

An interesting smell. Creamy wheat. Flavor is a creamy malt with a milkiness wheat body. A good beer with a little farmhouse funk to it.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 erickok (2371) - Tours, FRANCE - JUN 14, 2011
Light cloudy body with medium off white head. Medium carbonation. Grainy, raisin, some banana. Medium sweetness and short aftertaste. Nice mouthfeel and fair amount of spices. Needed just to many ’medium’s to describe this beer to make it really worthwhile, but it’s easy to drink and enjoyable. (33cl bottle)
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 KyotoLefty (4777) - Kyoto, JAPAN - OCT 3, 2009
Medium to dark brown with a strong reddish tint to it. Ok head, but it is vanishing quickly. Strong aroma of wheat malt and yeast, Fruity and spicy, banana, nuts, cloves. A touch of barnyard earthiness as well, but not like a biere de garde. Strong roasted wheat and buckwheat malt flavor, very grainy, very nutty, a touch sweet with caramel, although quite dry. Very little barnyard earthiness, It is more of an autumn nuttiness. Good body and balance as well. Very nice. Finish of roasted malts, a touch sour as well as sweet, not much hops, but lasting a bit. I like it a lot.

bottle from Village de la Bière Strasbourg-France. Deep brown colour, small fluffy head. Malty, flavours of caramel, currant, blackcurrant, blackberries, without being sour. A well-balanced and delciously fruity beer with a nice berry character.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Dorqui (1797) - Brescia, ITALY - SEP 14, 2007
Bottled 0,33L. Beautiful burnt red color lightly brownish, full bodied and with good fizz. Creamy head of short duration. Aged aroma with stum notes, light braced malt and wine cellar. Definite, harmonious and decidedly prickly and lively taste. Pleasant rumors of roast malt and smoked tip with wood notes and barrel. A lot balanced bitter and alcohol content.

Dark brown hazy hue with reddish highligts, thick foamy head, sweet, fruity of raisins, prunes in a soft wheatfield of buckwheat follows through on a medium-bodied palate with sweet mallted caramel, chocolate leading to his fruity aspect of prune and raisin hiding well his bitterness finish.
3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 jaghana (2874) - Strasbourg (France), FRANCE - MAY 5, 2010
Bottle 33cl. Brown-reddish beer with nice copper head. Smell is yeast and acid like. Taste is very nice full of cereal aroma and amber malt. A bit creamy, quite astringent at the finish. The buckweet aroma remains nicely and quite long in the mouse. Bitterness is well balance with the medium sweeteness-malt of this ale. Good beer.
