Cask at GBBF 2011. Golden. Fresh ripe yellow apple aroma. Too sweet with low acidity. Would clearly have gained from more carbonation and cooler serving temperature.

@ Royal Oak, Twerton. Deep gold. Earthy, skin-forward aroma. Crisp and juicy with lots of acidity and almost toastiness. Great complexity and balance, a gorgeous cider.

On draught at a Wetherspoons Cider Fest ’11. Hazed orange gold with no head. Fruity, apple, a toch sweetish with hints of apple skin. Quite heavy on the palate. Ok.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.

Clear light medium orange yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple. Flavor is light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration, dry, woody notes, phenol notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100806]

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2011 (cask @ The Magpie & Crown Brentford) nice farmyard nose . chessey old sock , with sweating apples . Its sweeter than i’d speculate on the palate after the funky nose. Juicy full palate, woody haystacks and sugary apple. Its plesant stuff , but im more in to dryier Cider though.

Cask. Clear and golden. Aroma of tart apples with slight oak. Taste is fairly sweet apples with some wood in there. Not an expert on ciders, but very pleasant to my taste. Would have again.

[3202-20100731] Cask. Woody apple skins aroma but not much of it. Clear, light yellow orange body with no head. Odd apple wood stems flavour. Medium body. A little weird.

Tap at JDW Edgware Road. Pour clear, orange gold. Lightly dank, sweet apple aroma. Flavor is sweet but not excessive, with some must, sweat, tree bark and light acidity. Medium in body with flat carbonation. The finish is mild apple sweet, semi-dry with lingering dankness and some boozy warmth. Good cider.
