3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Dark tan. Fruity, earthy aroma also hints of tannins. Soft apple, without much tannin on the palate. Actually quite sweet and approachable. Pits and skins towards the finish lend nuance.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cask @ Star Inn, Huddersfield.
Pours hazy golden with almost no head. Aroma has light alcohol, green apples and fine sweetness and a touch of barnyard. Prickly, low carbonation. It sticks wonderfully to my teeth. Flavour is dry, red apple sweetness, oaky and a great oak and apple peel tartness. Really refreshing!
