Simple apple flavor and aroma. Cloudy yellow. Kind of plain, really. Good for a casual drink, but I was expecting more yeast character from the farmhouse name.

Hazy orange cider with a brief white foam. Tart apples and a hint of vinegar on the nose. Really nice and full apple flavor. Nice carbonation. Not too sweet and not too dry. I’m really liking this cider. Taste is fresh and sweet.

Shared 500 ml bottle at Cardinal. Misty golden with a white rim. Freshly squeezed apple juice on the nose. Reminds me of one of the Ringi juices in the mouth as well. Sweet and fruity Notes of petroleum in the finish. Noticable carbonation. Light to medium bodied.
