A straightforward cider w light tannins and fruit forward character is an ideal summer refresher for those who prefer the character and complexity of real cider. Earthy, snappy acidity.

UPDATED: DEC 24, 2012 Cider! Ordered by mistake! Dry, slightly sweet, warming, appley! Had a bit of a lightly buttery soft white wine character to it - one of those high quality sub 10% German jobs; a wholly unexpected delight; moral: don’t discount the cider option.

Cask at Square Peg, Birmingham
Bright copper to amber color. Mild aroma of apples with a trace of plastic and nuts. Semi-dry mouthfeel; light fruit presence, some apple skins, mild astringency, leading to a drier final.
Pleasant but simple.
