Bottle from garden centre near Hay-on-Wye. Deep clear straw. Sweet (but not too sweet) apple with creamy vanilla. The very smooth mouthfeel is somewhat disrupted by an occasional prickly fizz. Dangerously easy to knock back. Great cider apart from that annoying fizz.

Bottle. Clear gold, a wisp of white head lingers a couple of minutes, then there’s just a few bubbles lazing up to the surface. Aroma of sweet apples, some vanilla and skin. Sweet mellow apples, some oak, skins, moderate acid bite coming through at the end. Pretty good, would have liked a little more tartness.
