Draught - Medium cider.
A new cider in our range, fruity, apply aroma, well balanced finish. A light and very easy to drink medium cider.

Cask - Light apple, musk and grape. Clear gold with no head. Juicy sweetness, light apple and some grape with a hint of tartness.

Draught at the Beamish Beer Festival. Very little nose, a hint of apple perhaps. Golden in colour and still. Has a little sour note at the end, but nice at first. A little sweet.

From the cellar (bag in box ?) at the Arkwright Arms, Duckmanton, 04/10/13. Clear golden with a small off white bubbles that soon evaporate to nothingness. Nose is light apple skin, toffee apple, light smoke, earthy. Taste comprises earthy apples, orchard fruit, light sugars. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry orchard finish. Decent cider.

Draught, Refreshment Rooms, Rock Ferry. Amber gold looks with nae head. Gentle apple nose with a hint of spice. Slightly sweet flavour. with plenty of juicy fruit and some emerging tartness. Easy drinking and above average cider.

Cask at Beacons Festival, Skipton. Fairly flat and a bit warm at this festival, but has a nice summery sweet desert apple flavour with quite a deep taste, light tartness and blossom aromas.

Bag in a box @ The Castle Inn, West Lulworth - The permanent Dorset Cider Festival. Clear, deep golden body with no head. Quite mild, nice apple aroma. Medium sweet, balanced apple flavor with light acidity. Medium, smooth body, fine aftertaste, ends more dry. Very nice and refreshing.

Bag in a box at Bree Louise with Sarah. Pours a clear amber gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma has notes of sweet crisp yet heavy apple with just a hint of tartness. Aroma has a nice sweet apples note tht mellows to a light tartness with a hint of roast in the finish.

Oops. Thought I was ordering an ale and then found it was a cider. Thankfully this was a decent bit of apple juice, plenty of nose and plenty of body. Medium fizz, and a little fruity after burp. Not bad, and very light.
