Same gorgeous brett nose though this one had a thicker, almost honey-butter-like note on the end obviously due to more residual sugars being present. Some spicy barrel character and even a bit of oily woodiness made this one different than the fiery fox, but in my eyes, it wasnt quite as clear in its presentation. The flavor was noticeably sweeter, though far from cloying/syrupy, etc...Rich honey, baked bread and some cinnamon and dough character. Bit stronger of texture as well, but having that musty/sweaty rustic nature that only spontaneous barrel fermentation can impart. Great stuff and would have seemed even better had it not been in the shadow of the fiery fox. haddonsman (1234), Derby, Derbyshire, England
