Bottled - Medium cider.
Golden medium cider with a refreshing apple aroma. Smooth balanced flavour that has a fresh, crisp sharpness. Shows off its true origins as a traditional oak matured farmhouse cider.

Bottle, at Cardinal. A clear dark golden cider, flat and headless. The aroma has mostly apples, but there’s also some cellar. Pear, apples, orchard notes and a touch of cellar in the flavor. Medium body, soft on the palate. Apple cores in the finish. Easy drinkable and quite decent, but far from impressive. 140726

A little darker than the Dabinett, yet offers so much more on the palate. Quite soft.
