COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle - Medium Dry cider. Oak conditioned.
A blend of our very best cider apple varieties from the Autumn of 2006, fermented slowly and left to mature for twelve months before making its way to the bottle. A masterpiece of flavours to enjoy by itself or as an accompaniment to any menu.

maneliquor (3285) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - NOV 28, 2011
Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours quite dark compared to most ciders. Aroma is all about the musky tang and sweetness combining. Actually comes across rather dry on the palate. Has flavours of candy sugar, apple and finishes rather tarty. Solid, but weird cider

Bottle (ChrisO’s, post RBESG Sunday)
Fruity and sweet, but really tanniny in the mouth. Finish is a bit candiflossy, but a nice mellow cider that covers 7.4% very well. Nicely dry, despite the sugariness of the candifloss.

harrisoni (14141) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JAN 9, 2011
500ml bottle from The Bottle Shop, Canterbury. Deep gold, clear with lasting white collar of bubbles. Attractive woody intense apple aroma. Touch of acetone on aroma, runs through the rest of the cider. Very tasty slightly orange accented fruit on the swallow. Some decent dryness on the finish. Some residual sweetness on there. A very intense apple fruit cider. Alcohol doesn’t come through at all. Just a very good tasty proper cider with some intense flavours, good acetone notes and good gum drying finish.

Quack-Duck (8159) - Down South, GERMANY - OCT 3, 2009
bottle from Abergavenny. Deep golden colour with nearly no head. Lots of apple, not sweet but rather tart and fruity with a touch of oak blending in in the finish. A delicious oak-conditioned cider.

Bottle from Brewers Droop, Bristol. Deep gold in colour with slight carbonation. Aroma of fresh apple juice with a dryish edge. Flavour started on the sweet side, with plenty of green fruit, before some oak, a touch of earthiness and a decent, tart finish. Good.
