This beer is an India Pale Ale with a long bitter finish. Made with only Maris Otter malt, the strong grapefruit, orange and floral notes from Cascade, Amarillo and Chinook hops are allowed to shine through.

bottle from Darts Farm. Hazy golden with a white head. Hoppy nose. Medium-bodied malty base, lots of good hops, bitter-sweet overall character, with a nice reisny-fruity touch.

(cask) hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of citrus fruit, lemon washing up liquid and lime peel, slightly yeasty, with a hint of chalk and powdered sugar. flavour is mostly light herbal hops and apricots, with some notes of cherry stones and a light-bitter finish. light- to medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Hazy orange - amber beer, small white head. Palate is light and dry with modest fine carbonation. Light dry malt and light dry orangey hops, a bit wishy washy. Finishes dry with a mellow bitter linger. Okay.

Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, floral, citrus, peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140417]

Cask conditioned at Egham Beer Festival #17. Cloudy gold with white head. Crisp, dry and quite bitter beer, fruity grapefruit notes, zesty, lip puckering and drying. Good depth and lasting palate. Really enjoyed this.

Cask at Egham USC Beer festival 2014, Egham, Surrey. A hazy golden/amber coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Hoppy, citrus aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, slight sweetness detected too. Highly drinkable stuff.
