COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a Saison. It has its roots in a long tradition of Belgian farmhouse ales. The mixture of Pale and Vienna malts combine with three different English and German hops to perfectly compliment the earthy, peppery and spicy yeast flavours.

Pours quite a murky/hazy golden colour with a white head. It smells mostly of yeast and the taste is slightly tart.

Nice saison. Authentic. Not just the addition of saison cubes. Hazy. Full body. Also refreshing. Spicy. Oregano? Good example of the style being done well by foreigners.

Still good. Fresh and spicy traditional saison. Anna also liked.

Cask-conditioned at the Three Tuns, Bristol March 2015. Deep gold in colour, and slightly hazy, with a decent, white, head. Perfumed, floral, hops, a touch of stone fruits, grainy, slightly yeasty, malts and moderately bitter finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle from Darts Farm near Exeter. Hazy golden-amber with a huge craggy white head. Creamy banana throughout with pepper, ginger and orange promises much but it’s all ruined by a harsh dry metallic bitterness. Really too much metal. Not a fan of this.

500ml Bottle ; Considering the low boost here -this beer has got the Belgian texture and complexity of a Saison going on pretty well . Spicy , peach ,banana skin , citrus ,bready nose ... Bright golden with a robust creamy foam that I gotta give a five in the Duvel glass ; Earthy , spicy and fruity palate ; There’s some bubblegum emphasis . A big spicy citrusy dry hop bitterness keeps this refreshing . Iron, flowers , chewy candy resemblance .. Tastes rustic and like a Belgian Saison.

Gravity cask at the Cambridge Winter Ales Festival 2015. Orange-gold, cloudy and fairly flat. Aroma of yeast, spice, with a bit of herb and pepper. Mostly sweet taste with a bitter finish. Massive spicy/bready hits. Aftertaste is a bit too bitter for my liking. Other than that it is an impressive beer for this ABV.

Backlog rating. Cask at The Gun Docklands, part of Spring Haze Beer Fest, London. It pours a hazy straw color with a medium white head. Aroma is yeasty and crispy, with notes of black pepper, bread dough, citrus peel and grass. Taste is crispy and yeasty, with a nice clean lemony finish. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, ok saison

500ml bottle. Poors cloudy and appealing orange with plenty of head that hangs around. Flavour is somwhere between lemon and orange with a hint of banana. The banana develops to an ether taste which gives a great dry finish. A really enjoyable saison.
