Hoppy Pilsner...
a crisp pilsner brewed with a solid amount of refreshing American hops, that gives notes of mango, citrus and passionfruit. To balance this hop flow is added just a hint of caramel malts that makes this pilsner as drinkable and fruity as it is tasty and fierce.

Golden body and bubbly head. Mild aroma, clean, orange, some grass hops. Delicate. Spritzy carbonation, drinkable body. Nice pilsner for sure! Could drink this by the pint. (33cl bottle from Saveur Bière)

330 ml. bottle @ home. Purchased @ Bierhalle Deconinck. Another Danish Brewery commissioning beers @ De Proefbrouwerij. BBF 19/05/2016 – pretty long for a pilsner. Lightly hazy, lighter oranger, little white bubbles. Nose is sweetish orange zest hops, light chamomile, light caramel, faintest of grass, touch candy sugar. Taste is oily chamomile, light olive oil, sweetish citrus zest, light mango, toffee, candy sugar, very light grass, sweetish oily hops, faint powdery dough, oily corn sweetness in the back. Oily body. Too oily & sweetish for the style. Light prickling carbonation. Rather nice but could be better for sure.

Bottled. Golden colour with a mediumsized white head, that leaves some lace, and actually lasts for quite a bit. Aroma is citrus, some sweet malts, mild grains as well as some tropical fruits to it. Flavour is bready malts, some grains as well as some nice floral and fruity notes as well. Refreshing "New world pils".

Bottle. Clear yellow with a medium sized white head. Tropical fruits and light pine in the nose. Light bodied with a bit fizzy carbonation. Light grain, passionfruit, peach, citrus, light white bread. Easy drinking with a light bitter hoppy finish. Fair enough, but doesn’t stand out.
