Hoppy Pilsner...
a crisp pilsner brewed with a solid amount of refreshing American hops, that gives notes of mango, citrus and passionfruit. To balance this hop flow is added just a hint of caramel malts that makes this pilsner as drinkable and fruity as it is tasty and fierce.

Bottle @ Wannsinchen / MiP bliver gammel. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with notes of yeast. Bitetr, hoppy flavour, with touches of malt and yeast. Fruity notes. Bitter aftertaste with notes of mango. I don’t know what to think of those allegedly non-IPA-tic Pilseners, which are quite different from traditional Pilseners. Well-balanced, drinkable and enjoyable but not representative for the style.

Flaske, 33 cl. Klar orange, fingertykt hvidt skum. Amerikansk humle i næsen. Forklædt som citrus og moden mango. Korn og karamel. Let, crisp. Gør ikke tingene mere indviklede end nødvendigt. En god lille øl.

Bottle, 4.7%. Mango hop aroma. Hazy golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is papery with a little mango and a good hop bite. The hop bite seems a little out of place, though, because there is not much hop flavour as such.

Leighton (13019) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 28, 2014
Keg at the Kings Arms - London. Pours clear gold with a fast-fading white foam head. The nose holds tangy lemon and white bread. Light to medium sweet flavor with more white bread, hints of bubblegum, pineapple, lemon. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with further sugary bread, faint pine needles and ripe tangerine. So so.

Bottle, Ship in a Bottle, West Kirby. Clear golden pour with a small white head. Muted beak of straw, grain and citrus. Similar flavour, a little sweet and a bit thin. Could have done with a bit more hoppage and as such this is no great shakes.
