Hoppy Pilsner...
a crisp pilsner brewed with a solid amount of refreshing American hops, that gives notes of mango, citrus and passionfruit. To balance this hop flow is added just a hint of caramel malts that makes this pilsner as drinkable and fruity as it is tasty and fierce.

Bottled. Hazy golden color, thin lacy head. Hoppy nose has mango, citrus fruits and floral notes. Dry and slightly grainy malts, a bit watery. Medium bitter finish with slight yeastiness and just a hint of vegetal flavor. Light body, smooth texture.

Bottle. Yellow, light golden, unfiltered. Hoppy nose with some grass, light citrus, soft sweet fruits. Surprisingly softly bittered considering the nose. I was expecting a harsh hop overdose, but this is quite pleasant. Has hops, but nicely balanced by a steady body. Real nice.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - brewed at Proef, at Molotow, 20140709) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, grass and midly grain. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A very fruity pils and a tasty one, too.

Slightly hazy straw yellow to light orange beer with fluffy white head leaving lacing. Aroma has mango, passion fruit and other tropical fruits, caramel sweetness, resin and some faint pale maltiness. Flavor is resinous bitter, orangey fruity and malty. Palate is thin with quite high carbonation and some feel of bitterness. Finishes with quite heavy grapefruity bitterness, leaving an orangey fruity and dry pale malty aftertaste. A really refreshing and summer fruity beer but a bit watery in the end. Reminds me of To Øl’s hoppy pilseners.
