May 25, 2008 Bottle (thanks to the Lake of Constance !): Clear, deep amber coloured, small, but lacy (off-)white head; caramalty, roast-malty nose with a light metallic touch; moderate, a bit dryish, bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; a light acidity is detectable in the roast-malty, caramelly finish. O.K., not really impressive.........

Apr 10, 2008 (33cl swing top bottle) Clear, dark amber colour with a short, slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet, dark malty and toasted nose with caramel and cacao. Sweet flavour, medium bodied with a mellow mouthfeel. Toast-malty and leafy taste with caramel; moderately sweet and toasty finish with light but balancing herbal hops. Pröst to The beer GoD ! (09.04.08).

Mar 2, 2008 bottle. Clear amber-brown colour, large and creamy beige head. Medium-bodied, lovely flavours of caramel and roasted malt with a crisp hoppy bitterness.
