Bottle. Pale golden colour, low carbonation, thin white head. Aroma is lightly malty, almost watery. Sweet flavour. Finish of short duration. Altogether too mild.

Apr 3, 2008 bottle, thanks to Bochum! Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a medium-size head. Fruity and hoppy, solid malty base, the hops are slightly grassy with hints of lemon.

Feb 24, 2008 (bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a short creamy white layer. Sweet apricot- and citrus-fruity pale malt aroma with a shy hoppy shine in the background. Bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied with a light carbonation. Pretty dry malty, minimal grainy and herbal hoppy taste; almost lingering bitter and herbal hoppy finish. Really “ungespundet” and almost bone-dry. Except for the colour a classic Franconian Lager (17.02.08).

Nov 3, 2007 Bottle. Unclear light to medium amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, light toffee, butter. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. Slightly flat mell mouthfeel, doughlike malt base, lightfooted hopprofile.
Light body. Probably more interesting on tap.
