pivnizub (3669), Porúří, Germany May 31, 2008 Bügelverschlußflasche: Slightly hazy, quite stable loose white head with a good lace, grainy-yeasty nose with a touch of vegetables; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, slightly sourish, mild MF; yeasty traces in the tart bitter-sweet, a bit lingering finish. Not really convincing........ MoritzF (3690), Ruhrpott, Germany Feb 24, 2008 (swing top bottle) Cloudy, yellow colour with a big foamy white head, leaving lace. Light-sweet, yeasty nose with a moderate pale malt character and slightly grassy hops. Light-bitter flavour, light bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Yeasty malty, minimal sourish fruity taste; moderately dry, yeasty and slightly hop bitter finish. Pretty one-dimensional brew; nothing special (24.02.08). FrankJohansen (2565), Sabro, Denmark Dec 16, 2007 Bottle. Hazy pale golden colour with a huge mostly lasting german style white head. Grainy aroma and taste with matly and hoppy notes. Good beer. Ungstrup (10939), Frederiksberg, Denmark Sep 9, 2007 Draft. A hazy light yellow beer - very "naturtrübish" with a thin lazing orange head. The aroma is sweet grainy, but also with a malty note. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of grain and a metallic hop note, leading to a quite bitter finish. omhper (10145), Stockholm, Sweden May 6, 2007 Updated: Jun 26, 2007Bottled, thanks jeverszeuge! Cloudy golden with airy head. Aroma of dough and grass. Dry and crisp. Pilsnerish but with evident yeast flavour. Slender and flavourful, also very drinkable. Lingering grassy very bitter finish.
