Nice clean flavour of malt, caramel and little dry and sweetness at the end. Papsoe (9771), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 19, 2007 (Bottle 33 cl) Clear, orangey brown with an off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt. Medium-bodied, lightly sweet, roasted malt with a bit of metal and cardboard. The finish is dry. 090407 Ungstrup (10853), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 10, 2007 Bottled. A dark amber beer with a thin bubbly off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also some hoppy notes. Caramel/sugary and herbal/heather nose. Nice chestnut, champagne bubbles, brown ceamy lacing head. Sugary, light roasted malt base, fairly lightbodied. Quick papery finish, tapering into nothingness.
