May 2, 2007 Bottle. Brown colour with a reddish shine and with a weak head. Malty aroma some note of caramel. Nice clean flavour of malt, caramel and little dry and sweetness at the end.

Apr 19, 2007 (Bottle 33 cl) Clear, orangey brown with an off-white head. Aroma of roasted malt. Medium-bodied, lightly sweet, roasted malt with a bit of metal and cardboard. The finish is dry. 090407

Apr 10, 2007 Bottled. A dark amber beer with a thin bubbly off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also some hoppy notes. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and caramel, leading to a dry strawy end.

Dec 7, 2006 Bottle, thanks Pivnizub. Caramel/sugary and herbal/heather nose. Nice chestnut, champagne bubbles, brown ceamy lacing head. Sugary, light roasted malt base, fairly lightbodied. Quick papery finish, tapering into nothingness. A whif of hops and this would be a nice refreshing brew.

Oct 24, 2006 Bottle: amber coloured, thin, quite stable off-white head that sticks to the glass; rather faint toasted-malty nose, like heavily diluted coffee; moderate quite dry bitter flavour; light bodied; dry, moderate bitter, toasted-malty and also slightly fruity (dark berries) finish. a decent, but very restrained Schwarzbier.........
