COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is our version of a strong palish Belgian Saison. We have chosen to give this beer a pale and light profile and let the yeast display its full spicy flavors. We have also added some coriander for more complexity. This will develop some tartness given the time.

Clear light medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy - fizzy, good to fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, toasted, moderate hoppy, flowers, fruity, moderate yeasty, soap, belgium yest, light coriander. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to lively. [20100227]

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity, mild citrusy and slight spiced aroma. Slight peppery yeasty, mild fruity and light floral flavoured. Medium dry with a vague sweetness into the finish. Ends dry and spiced fruity. Dry and phenolic finish.
