COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is our version of a strong palish Belgian Saison. We have chosen to give this beer a pale and light profile and let the yeast display its full spicy flavors. We have also added some coriander for more complexity. This will develop some tartness given the time.

Comments: A cleaner type of saison with a belgianesque yeastiness, but little farmy character and the small amount of coriander in there already feels like too much, mostly because the beer is not too dry. It is actually fairly sweet for what aims at being refreshing and the spice just furthermore detracts from that assumed objective.

Tap @ Cardina, Stavanger. Pours hazy light golden with a small head with little retention. Fruity and alcoholic aromas. A nice saison, but not the best I’ve had. Nice bitterness for the style.

IMHO very very underated at 3.26. Very intense and power for a saison with forceful spice, dark fruits, turkish delight, and rounded out with some confectionary fruits around the edges. Notwithstanding the intensity never dumb, clumsy or heavy. Probably the best Saison I’ve every had, or at least in living memory.

500mL bottle. Explodes out of the bottle a clear straw with small white head. Earthy, fruity and vinous aroma. Mild bitterness, low sweetness, some malt and a bit of yeast. Light-medium body, average carbonation, fairly creamy with a lasting dry finish.

Bottle, bb 10/12. Gusher. Cloudy gold, modest white head. Aroma of dough, ornages, tart apples, coriander, white pepper. Taste is sweet and sour, with oranges, wheaty sourness, dough, vanilla, quite sharp coriander. Dry finish. Alcohol not noticeable. Refreshing for how yeasty it is. Quite rustic.

A me è piaciuta un sacco! Non sarà tra le migliori saison, è un po’ dolcetta, ma a me è piaciuta proprio!
