2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: FEB 3, 2009 (On bottle at RBESG 2005) An oK weiss in my book, since the bananaesters are turned way down. dark yellowcolour and a white head. Aroma of burnt banana, not much though. Big carbonation. Slides down nicely, again without the big hell of bananaesters. Fresh finish. But can a Weiss but so thin on the esters, I dunno and don´t care either.
RERATE jan 2009. This batch was extremly contaminated and fragmentated.

1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle RBESG. Almost grey color. Smeels like the usual old pilsener. Which is VERY odd for a hefeweissen, I think. Tastes pretty bad. They should improve this by adding some more wheat.
