Cimeria 14-12-13. Sabores tostados y quemados algo ahumados cl principio seguido de cierto sabor a licor hervaceo unido a sensación alcohólica bastante intensa.

Excelente.

Bottle from Belmont Station, Portland. Pours very dark, good amount of thick tan head. Aroma is superb, lots of aquavit, spruce, wood, some roasty notes, chocolate, coffee, wow. Body is medium, with some roasty characteristics. Finish is surprisingly sweet with a lingering clean boozy, almost medicinal character. Really nice.

Bottle thanks to a trade! Pours near black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dark fruits, roasted malts and bitter chocolate with a hint of booze. Flavor starts with bitter chocolate and roasted malts and has a hint of dark fruit, barrel and light spice.

Bottle shared by Derek- thanks! Pours black w think brown head. Nose is lighter than expected: oak, malt n some heat. Taste has loads of, rich malts and the barrel lends a unique herby oakyness

500ml Bottle. Pours a deep brown/black color with a small head that fades to bits of lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, dark fruit, chocolate, spice and a bit earthy. Taste is a blend of roasted malt, chocolate, dark fruits, some spice and bit of wood from the barrel aging. Has a subtle bitterness and the finish is quite dry. The body is quite full with a rich velvety texture. The 10% ABV very well hidden. The flavor becomes more robust as it warms. Very good beer for the style. great way to end the day.
