Very drinkable and well-hopped IPA. Aroma is floral with a bit of citrus, taste is nearly mellow but the bitterness still dominates.

Great punch in the nose, powerfull rich hoppy feeling in the mouth. Maybe a bit to much smokeynes, but this is drawed back from the elegant mix of the hops and fruits. Ps: much better on tap! SetesAle - "It's in the fridge" (A beer for the future)

UPDATED: MAY 21, 2012 500 ml bottle kindly shared by Rune at Beer session XIX in Tromsø 220312. Hazy, dark orange body with a small lasting white head and some lacing. Commanding citrusy aroma with excellent punch and a smooth scent of fresh flowers. Flavour of tropical fruits that really tingle the taste-buds. Palate is suave and very pleasing to the mouth. Invigorating!

UPDATED: JUL 6, 2013 Excellent stuff, had this on cask at North Bar, Leeds, pours a hazy orange, very well balanced beer. Malts, biscuit & caramel & orange, lemon & pine in the balance.

Keg at North Bar, Leeds. Pours a hazy orange, two fingers of fairly frothy head. Aroma is stunning - so much lychee! Massive, massive lychee hit, with caramels and biscuit, a bit of tangerine and LYCHEES on the end. Taste isn’t nearly as puckeringly bitter as I was expecting, and maybe hoping thanks to the aroma - what you get instead is a very nicely rounded fruity, biscuity, bready taste. Very well balanced, actually. Nice medium-full mouthfeel, but with a saison/Orval-esque dryness to it. I’d have preferred more of a punch in the mouth from the aroma, but that doesn’t mean this is less than brilliant. It’s brilliant.

Bottle. Has a very hazy dull amber colour with nice medium beige head on top. In the fruity aroma I sence some cat piss, grapefruit and floral hops. The flavour also has a nice hop touch and is also fruity, along with some smoke. The proper malty body works very well with the hops, and it’s a bit dry in the end. A medium+ bitterness which lasts, and has a slick and soft mouth feel. This is a beer that has a lot of everything in every step with a fantastic balance and smooth bitterness.

Bottle. Hazy orange colour. Tall, slightly offwhite head. Aroma is hops, lots of tropical fruit and some pine. Taste is more of the same. Tropical fruit is present all the way with a nice bitter finish. Easy to drink, but not simple. Love this one!
