On keg at the Craft Beer Co. Pours a dark golden colour with a fair white head. Aroma of apple seed, alcohol, pine and grass. Similar flavours. Quite bitter with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Alcohol is fairly present also. Not bad.

1L squealer. Pours hazy copper with a massive cream head (overcabonated) and a zesty citrus aroma. grassy citrus flavours with a doughy yeast note and far to much carbonation.

50cl bottle (6.5%), served in Irish Pint. Pours hazy orange with medium off-white forthy head. Orange peel, sweet malts, and hints of pine on the nose...smells really good. The taste is citrusy and caramel-ish, ending with a nice bitter kick in the back (as expected). Dry palate. Medium body, good carbonation. Well balanced overall, enjoyable.

Bottle 50cl, kindly shared by Dominique (Bièrerie). A cloudy copper beer with good head. Nose is dry like on apricot, mangoo and grapefruit. Aroma is on the same with a low malty body, even watery, mandarine and old fruit notes. Some good bitterness that remains on aftertaste. Not bad but just too simple on the malty side, boring.

Sour and salty aroma. Very citrus in flavour, orange, lime lemon. Has a sourness that last well throughout the drink. It is a good beer.
