Smell is lactic, sweet peaches, light roast & smoke, touch sweet, wild garden, floral, hay, yeast,… Taste is hazy grains, nice smoke, light sweet, touch yoghurt, hay, bitter herbs, barn, light grains, citrus, thick yeast,… very interesting & enjoyable. Orangée-ambrée trouble, col blanc moyen.
Arôme offre un bouquet subtile qui tire sur des notes fumées, nez grains et houblonné renfermé sur un fruité modéré. Le tout garde un signe proche d’une bière belge surtout au niveau de la levure.
Palais est fumé modéré le tout garde un côté saison belge avec ce profil grains distinct. Fruité tirant sur la pêche et abricot et fini levure.

50cl bottle, served in Irish Pint. Pours hazy orange with medium white frothy head. Yeasty aroma, slightly floral, with some roasted cereals and a touch of herbs. Quite complex. The flavour contains lots of cereal notes, fruits, and some spice...all along with a subtle hoppy backing. The palate is dry and sweet at the same time. Light/Medium mouthfeel, perfect carbonation. Pretty original, the more I drink it, the more I like it. Brilliant.
