Bottle from the brewery. Lovely ruby. Discreet berry aroma, fruity and dry, just a little edge of sourness. Funk, raspberries, the dry crowberry mouth feel is very evident. Lovely.

Bottle at home. Has a hazy reddish amber colour with a light pink medium whipped eggwhite-like head. Aroma of fruits, Belgian yeast, hay, spices and cherries. The flavour is similar but balanced and complex, and is sweeter. There’s also some forest floor, heather, smoke and barnyard. Has a slick and smooth mouth feel, and a light bitterness. A nice mix between Norwegian berries and a Belgian beer.

Appearance: Cloudy red color with a white head that ends up as a thin white layer. Some lacing.
Aroma: Light sour and acidic berry fruity.
Palate: Medium body. Slightly sweet and a mild bitterness. Average carbonation. Dry texture.
Taste: Funky. Light sour and a fine balanced acidic flavor. Berry fruity.
Overall impression: Fresh and nice fruit beer. A lot better than first attempt. Lovely together with some cheese.

Cloudy read color with little head. The crowberrys own the scent of this beer. It makes my sense question weather crowberries are poisonous or not. It taste syrupy and thick like cough syrup with a dry finish. Thick bitter berry and dry. Different.

Champagne and fruit aroma. There’s some zesty tang in there too. Almost red bright amber colored with a white with a hint of pink head. Tart hits you first but balances out real well.
