fonefan (4850), Ulfborg, Denmark Jul 2, 2008 Bottle @ home. [Version 7] Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate yeasty, cheese ! notes of flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (120508) Jukkabro (2394), Tampere, Finland Apr 2, 2008 Yellow colored with slightly cloudy appearance. Medium sized yellow head. Hopped aroma with some weird sweet corny-buttery tone, also this spinachy-flowery yeastiness here present. Medium bodied. Flavor is not so sweet with fine American hops and some cardboard, aftertaste dries even more with fine flowers, butter and lemon. Well, rich flavored, still some unclean notes here. Maria (4321), Thisted, Denmark Mar 7, 2008 Version 7, Batch 21-280907-1 #130. Nice amber-golden with a lasting white head. The aroma is hoppy and malty. The flavour has a light sweetness, a light citrussy bitterness, that ends rather dry and grows more bitter (and more grapefruit) in the finish. The malt is subdued, but it’s there all the time - it’s a really nice pilsner with a perfect name! faroeviking (4387), Faroese Autonomous Beer Republic, Denmark Feb 5, 2008 Version 7. Batch 21-280907- #058. Bottle. Pours a slight pale deep golden colour with a nice small bubbly and creamy long lasting white head. Nice fresh fruity bit sweet hoppy aroma. Good soft mouthfeel. The flavour is rather mild compared to the aroma, dry and hoppy with ripe fruits and some malt. Tasty Bohemian pils. MPA (424), Nørrebro(formerly Aalborg), Denmark May 27, 2007 Bottle. 141201-01 (80-100). Golden with a white head. Citrus and with an ok pilsner aroma with traces of malt. Flavour is everything the aroma promises and thus makes this an above average beer.
