COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
London Porter - has a lot to offer your tastebuds, this porter includes generous amounts of chocolate malts to render a mild roasty flavour but still a nice intensity. In addition we use balanced amounts of crystal malts and flavouring hops for a good fruitiness and aroma. To be served at 9-12 degrees C. Bottle conditioned - unfiltered and unpasteurised, no artificial carbonation. (Not to be confused with the stronger Haandbryggeriet Porter.) This beer is to be had at my local shop. Haand Bryggeriet is one great brewery. Test of caramel, coffee, roasty, Looks black, minimal head, medium sourness, thick feel, soft carbonation, astringent.

Bottle, batch #605. Deep brown to black color with red notes, tiny light brown head, quickly disappearing. Roasted malt, coffee and chocolate is present in aroma and taste. Earthy and fruity notes in the taste. Thin body, soft carbonation, creamy mouthfeel. Not bad considering the low ABV.
