Belgian style ale that is only available on draft in selected bars. Layers of fruit and malt, a hint of yeast. A bit short finish, perhaps, but compared to the industrial lagers that is standard fare in Norway this is great stuff! gunnar (608), Sandnes, Norway

Aroma of oranges, or maybe orange peel, faint honey, yeast, and a sweetish wheathy maltiness. Taste is fruity, like tin canned fruits, quite sweet, with a solid malt body. Oily mouthfeel. Finishes on the sweet side, with the malts in charge. A pretty good one, but lacks some crispness to stand out. Sigmund (2309), Hafrsfjord, Norway
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 9, 2009 On tap at Olympen, Oslo. Cloudy orange colour, low white head. Strong yeasty and fruity aroma, also notes of cloves, coriander and oranges / orange peel. The flavour is wheaty and fruity (oranges) with yeasty and spicy notes. A bit sweet and "heavy" for a wheat beer, but nice enough. thebeertourist (2870), Oslo, Norway

Good fruity bitterness, tastes like a hopped Belgian ale. A bit thin body. A decent blond ale. espenra (301), Oslo, Norway

This beer is only available in kegs, not in bottles according to the brewery. It poured a hazy dark orange colour with a small foamy head that vanishes quickly in the glass. The aroma is sweet with notes of wild yeast and malts. The flavour is also sweet at first, but becomes a bit dry after a short while. It’s also fruity and floral. It has a medium long aftertaste. It reminds me of a wheat beer or a hefeweissen, but according to Rune from Haandbryggeriet it is a belgian ale ment for the "regular" beer drinker and I think they have succeeded.
