COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pale Ale - is a pale, refreshing and aromatic beer with a fine malt profile from our English special malts. Generous use of fresh hops renders a zesty and delightful hoppy aroma and flavour. To be served at 8-10 degrees C. Bottle conditioned - unfiltered and unpasteurised, no artificial carbonation. (Not to be confused with the stronger Haandbryggeriet India Pale Ale.) 21-MAR-2012, bottle @Svane Pub with "stegt flæsk med persillesovs":) Hazy orange with off-white head. Grape fruit nose with a caramelly malty backbone. Taste is the same. Bitter. Not extreme but nice. Fine pale ale.

I love this beer, maybe it had something to do with finding it at a Grocery store for half the Vinmonopolet price, and then drinking it on an island in the Oslo Fjord, but I think this is a fantastic beer. Great hazy colour, nice head, big hoppy nose, great flavour. Great beer.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy orange with a small white head.Delicious pale ale. Fruity and hoppy with nice bitterness. Slightly sweet with a dry and bitter finish. One of the best Norwegian beers below 4,75% ABV in my opinion.

Pours hazy and orange with a huge white head. Nose is citrus, pine and leather. Taste is sweet up front and transitions to a nice bitter finish. Mouthfeel is crisp and oily. Coats the mouth perfectly. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(50 cl bottle from Bunker Beer; Batch 381 brewed on July 11th 2011) Pours a sligthly hazy amber with irish coffee-style, off-white head. Impressive retention. Aroma is fruity with notes of lime, elderflower and grape giving way to a hoppy flavour of a more herbal character. Oily on the palate, medium bodied with strong, fizzy carbonation and a slightly bitter finish. Taste is mildly bitter with herbal notes. Decently sessionable I would think but something in my bottle is note entirely right considering the bottle is so fizzy after being stored upright for two weeks.

Pours a nice dark golden color. Aroma is floral with some hops. Flavor is good and balanced with a nice amount of floral hops. A decent pale ale.

Pours hazy copper/orange with offwhite head that settles fairly quickly. The aroma is very hoppy. Citrus, grapefruit. Taste is medium bitter. Medium body with lively carbonation, and a pleasant bitter finish. Not bad for a beer with medium alcohol.
