2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
500 ml test bottle from the brewery. Brewed 23.0812. ABV is 7.5%. Red colour, moderate off-white head with a pinkish hue. Disappointing dusty and "off" aroma, weak cherries in the background. The flavour is better than the aroma, moderately sour wih cherries and cherry kernels, but not sweet. A hint of marzipan. Unexpectedly bitter finish.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
500ml bottle @Cimmeria. Subtle tart, cherries aromas. pours reddish, hazy, with some off-white head, vanishing, some lacing. Light to medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is cherries, berries, subtñe sour, some earthy flavours. More or less balanced, a bit resins, dry. Weird and enjoyable.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a clear amber with a slightly pinkish head. Mellow aroma with cherries, light malts and a very subtle tartness. Taste is somewhat bitter with way too low fruityness. I’m also missing some more sour notes. Should probably have been dryer as well. Carbonation is medium to high and it feels nice on the palate.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A gusher. Wet living room table. Angry rater. Red, cloudy body with a creamy, light pink head. Strong aroma that is rather sour, acidic and tart. Cherries and cherries and cherries, with some funky notes. Light acidic and sour taste with a moderate bitterness in the finish. Moderate flavours of cherries and Belgian yeast. The funky notes are much weaker than in the aroma. Crisp mouthfeel, dry texture.

Hipp hurra for Haandbryggeriet som gjerne går utenfor komfortsonen!

Rødbrun farge med kult rosa skum. Sur kirsebærlukt. Litt bitter kirebær.. kirsebørstein, surt, kjenner alkoholen liit for godt.

Lovely hazy red.
A little vinegar in the nose, then fruit. Redcurrants, white peaches, clean crispness. Some oak, more vinegar than lemon, yet no extreme sourness. Hard to detect the cherries.

Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Hazy reddish amber beer, tidy pale pink head! Palate is light and airy with light fine carbonation. Very nice floral red berry fruits, light that gives an overall effect of rosehip. Touch of creamy malt on the back end. Finishes with mildly bitter seltzer minerals. Enjoyed this!
