Bottle @BBF’12: Small white head on top of a hazy orange colored beer. Smell wild yeast, cellar, some fruit and light sour hoppy notes. Taste is very compareable to the smell, a crispy mix of sour, wild yeast, fruits, peach, light citrus, light apricot, cellar, old dried hops. Not too sour at all, but a smooth sour wild yeasty fruity touch. Aftertaste is also fruity wild yeasty and light sour. Very nice. Low to medium carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium to full body and a creamy texture.

Bottle. Pours orange gold. Small whitish head ring. Nose/taste of medicine, sour banana, sour pear, sour apple, cherry vinegar and lots of woody alcohol. Medium body.

Hazy orange color, small off-white head. Smell sourness, dusty, cellar and tart. Taste sour, lightly some sour fruits but also a hint of sweet. Not really super balanced but exiting and complex

Dark copper pour with minimal head. Aromas of subtle berries and some vinegar notes. Not as sour as the nose would make you think, in fact it’s a bit too mild. Just not a whole lot going on. Decent but there are far better sours to drink.

Weirdest tasting sour I’ve ever had. Has a slight vinegar aroma and a smoked sour flavor with a long slight honey flavor.

Corpo lieve, effervescenza debole, struttura oleoso-vinosa. Buon esercizio di stile!

Bottle: hazy, light copper, with little to no head or lace. Funky sour leesy notes caramel toffee. Moderate lift. No animal. Dry moderately sour palate but phenolic. Long. A little broad and not really acid. Malt flavors. A green hop edge. Disjointed.

Pours a rusty copper color with a finger of gaseous bubbles that settle quickly. Lots of layers of tart fruit; cherry, pineapple, pear, cider vinegar. Nice touch of sweet malt in the background that keeps the acidity in check. Juicy front end and a dry puckering finish !

Poured from bottle into a shaker glass with Giulia, @home. Pours a deep gold color, with a little white head, very little persistent. It smells of leather, earthy, citrus, grass, woody, resin. The smell is quite persistent. The taste is little sweet at the beginning but it becomes tart and citric very soon. However, the wood sensation due to aging is present through the whole tasting. It gives a pleasant velvet touch in the mouth. At the end, the alcoholic sensation balances the citric notes and makes the beer very enjoyable with a pleasant warming final.
