Bottle, bottled 16.03.13, enjoyed 2,5 years later. Pours black, with a creamy mocha head. Aroma is balsamic vinegar, berries, tobacco, oak barrels and tannins. Medium body, with very soft carbonation. Flavour is sour, with balsamic vinegar, tobacco, oak, grapes and tannins, as well as some lactic acid and wooden bretty notes.

Looks like a 50 cl, though not marked on the label as I could see. Brewed 25.10.11, Bottled 16.06.13, BB 16.06.16.
Black color, small dark brown head. Acidic, acetic acid, some smoke, green (unripe red) currants, glue scent. Acidic, yet sweet, chocolate taste. Acidic, sticky aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Adoro particolarmente questo stile, perchè è davvero unico e inimitabile, e devo ammettere che anche questa surpomp è fatta come si deve, ma secondo gli manca qualcosina. Comunque ottima

Clear dark to medium red brown color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, wood, chocolate, wine - red wine. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate acidic with a long duration, red wine, dry, chocolate, wood, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20140805]

500 ml bottle. Pours a reddish-brownish black with a resilient beige head. Aroma is fruits, red wine, sour, cherry, wood. Flavor is fruity, chocolatey, woody, red wine, dark cherry. Finish is very sour, green apple, oldish, wood. Lingering wine, sourness, fruits. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, weak to average carbonation. Very good!

(slight gusher) pours unclear very dark ruby with a nice medium dark beige head, some retention and lacing. oak and its tannins, astringent and bittering cherries - brettied, quite fruity in fact, light notes of acetic acid and acetone - not too disturbing, very spicy - cinnamon, doughy fat grape maltiness, some sweetish and spicy chocolate, red wine - peppery pinot noir, bittering herbs and plants. average carbonation, medium body - oily, tart, boozy and very spicy-woody-astringent finish.

Jest dzikość w zapachu, czuć stajnią, do tego karmel i czarna porzeczka. W smaku mocno kwaśne, cierpkie, przełamane odrobinę słodkością. Finisz ewidentnie cierpki, długo pozostawiający posmak. Bardzo pijalne. Wspaniałe piwo.
