Bottle - Dark tart berry and vinous. Deep dark brown with a rich beige head. Very tart up front, soured malts, vinous and berry notes. Prickly on the throat and fairly clean finish.

Bottle @ home. birra marrone, riflessi rubino, opalescente.

Sours aren’t my thing, but a rater’s gotta do what a rater’s gotta do. It looks good, with a dark brown to reddish body, crowned by a light-brown head. The aroma is surprisingly pleasant, it’s sweet and sour, with lots of fruits, fermented red berries and wood. The flavour is even better, this is by far the best wild ale I’ve ever had! The firm sweetness and the massive notes of fruits and red berries perfectly matches the moderate sourness and the gentle acetic hints. Mid-bodied, moderate carbonation.
[sample from bottle, enjoyed 1 year after bottling, @ Café Sara, Oslo]

Bottle shared with Simonsen at Håndverkerstuene
A gusher. Quite dark, black in glass, tanned head. Smell of funk, berries, roasted malts and oak. Light to moderate sweet, tart and moderate sour, quite roasty, some coffee notes, dark malts, must and funky brett. Quite fruity flavors from the brett, which makes it quite easy to drink despite the acids. Moderate bitter finish. A nice elegant sour/wild from Haand
