Super clear golden pour with a small white film of a head. No lace, the first sip revealed a good amount of carbonation. Nice dry, dusty, funky aroma with notes of green apple and white wine. Flavors were very vinous, big white wine presence, and finish. Nice tartness from start to finish with notes of fruit throughout. Dry, biting finish. Lively mouthfeel. Overall this was extremely enjoyable and drinkable. Excellent sour in my book.

bottle. unfiltered honey amber body with a fine white head of average retention. impressively rich but nuanced nose of light acetic acid, mango and pineapple esters (with very soft edges, no harshness at all), light touches of cognac and oak and white wine and little noticeable alcohol. splashes of galangal and musty apple cider show up here and there. a playful layered nose throughout, all qualities well-integrated. lively, bright acid and a soft explosion of carbonation release ginger and sweet tropical fruit with a small touch of acetic acid and chardonnay, quite nice with the flavor and aroma profile but perhaps a bit harsh and coarse for me. tingly and peppery finish with a small touch of warming alcohol. surprisingly good beginning to end.

Bottle from Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours murky apricot with a tiny beige head and a sour fruit aroma. There is a fairly sour fruit flavor with a citrus finish. Strange but good.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours hazy orange gold with a transient white head. Moderate brett aroma. Barnyard. Med body. Stars sour orange - like a fresh bitter orange - with barnyard all over. Finishes dry, astringent, sour, barnyard, oaky. Delicious.

À l’odeur, les abricots séchés et le funk sauvage. En bouche c’est bien effervescent, belle rondeur avec une acidité moyenne. La finale est très malté malgré le côté surette, caramel entre autre. Pas désagréable du tout.

With Pat, the bat, back on the sauce. Pours cloudy orange. Nose is brett to the tits, barnyard sodomy, mild sweet malts. Taste is sweet, with major brett notes, basement gimp rape, tart fruit.
