Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of brettanomyces, fruits, malt, and wood, leading to a tart finish. Thanks Theis for sharing.

Bottled at SBWF. Hazy pale amber, no head. More vinegar in the nose than I ever felt in sheer vinegar. Malt sweetness overrun by concentrated vinegar sourness. Completey dominated by aggressive puckering lemony acidity. Decidedy with some intersting oaky notes, but oh so unbalanced.

UPDATED: SEP 15, 2012 Bottle, at Grünerløkka Festival. A gusher producing a hazy, orange-golden body and a dense, medium-sized, off-white head. Quite sugary nose actually, with a pleasant tart fruitiness. Oranges and peaches, white sugar, candy notes and some bitterness in the flavour. Medium to full body, semi-tart and quite effervescent on the palate. Sourish and sweet fruity finish. A quite pleasant one, both refreshing and tasteful. Rating: 7-4-6-4-14-3.5. 120825

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden-orange in color and without head or carbonation. Vinegar, acetone and peaches on the nose, a bit intense maybe... The flavor is more mellow, but still rather vinegarish, but more on the fruity side. Tart, medium body, more or less still. Tart and lemony finish. An intense beer, there’s certainly differences in the sourness level between this bottle and the last I had. Rating: 6-3-6-3-13-3.1. Letting my old rating count. 120914
