Smak och doft av citrus, gräs, hö, humle, lätt ekfatskänsla, välbalanserad mellan sötma, syrlighet och beska. Mycket god.

I wonder which seasonal they mixed it with? I mix beers sometimes. This tastes like there Bavarian wheat and a Haandbakk. I really like it. Has a sweet & sour finish. Made want some Asian food. Crazy amount of big ugly floaters but it still tasted good. Don’t stir it up. Imperial wheat color. Great aroma.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours hazy orange gold with a transient white head. Moderate brett aroma. Barnyard. Med body. Stars sour orange - like a fresh bitter orange - with barnyard all over. Finishes dry, astringent, sour, barnyard, oaky. Delicious.

Bottle at Eulogy. Deep amber pour with a tiny head that disappears then bubbles back to life. Honey syrup body. Dark floral notes. Dried apricot. French oak flavors. Touch sweet. More than a touch sour. Bit of clean smoke. Nice and complex. Well blended and surprisingly smooth. Soft body. Gets a bit more juicy as it warms. Was not knowing what to expect here - a delightful surprise!

Bottle. Pours a pale pale amber. Lots of head. Really nice vinegar nose with some fruitiness. Flavor is not as sour as the nose. Very sweet. Really tastey.

Bottle (7.5% ABV). Head is initially average sized, fizzy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is hazy dark yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (cookie, toasted grain), lightly hoppy (flowers), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of sour apple, unripe peach, cherry, wood, gum, cinnamon, pear, honey, clove. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, moderately acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation, lightly to moderately alcoholic. All kinds of wonderful stuff in the nose, a real treat to sniff...fruity, spicy, oaky, honeyish, etc., so fun! Equal parts sweet and sour in the mouth, as the name suggests...I would prefer this to be a bit less sweet (and a bit more sour too), admittedly, but it’s not even close to cloying. A little syrupy in the mouthfeel, but it doesn’t fatigue. While just a little short of amazing for me, this is really solid and enjoyable, especially in the aromatic department...super complex and quite alluring. Jeffy and Mikey gonna likey!

500ml Bottle: Aroma of tart fruit, light lactic acid, yeast, light funk, slight honey, and oak. Poured orange in color with a large, creamy, dense, tan head that diminished but lasted throughout. Very cloudy. Very sparkling. Full of tiny, small, medium, large, and huge-sized particles throughout. Excelllent lacing. Flavor is heavily sweet and lightly sour. Tastes of malt, grain, fruit, light lactic acid, light tart fruit, lots of oak, leather, barnyard, horse-blanket, and a hint of funk. Medium body. Lightly dry, lightly chalky texture. Average carbonation. Medium sweet, lightly tart, fruit, slight lactic acid, oak, slight leather, light barnyard, horse-blanket finish is dry. 7.5%ABV is completely hidden throughout.

Super clear golden pour with a small white film of a head. No lace, the first sip revealed a good amount of carbonation. Nice dry, dusty, funky aroma with notes of green apple and white wine. Flavors were very vinous, big white wine presence, and finish. Nice tartness from start to finish with notes of fruit throughout. Dry, biting finish. Lively mouthfeel. Overall this was extremely enjoyable and drinkable. Excellent sour in my book.

Riktigt trevlig
