0.5l bottle from #500. This is a light blurry golden-yellow beer with a small quickly islandy, sidesticking and lacing just off-white top. The nose is kinda fruity, salty, some tutti-fruity sweetness and traces of citrussy kumquat zest. Nice fruity aroma. It’s average+ on the carbonation with a soft oily mouthfeel. the taste has even more fruitiness than the aroma! It has a soft sweetness combined with a exotic sweet lemony zing that’s balancing this perfectly. Some soapy traces - without the pungency. Such a lightdrinkable and just really tasty fruit-beer. I’ve never tasted anything like this, and this is highly enjoyable. 23.12.2012

Bottle (50cl) from Vinmonopolet (Vika), Oslo. Nice golden/apricot colour, slightly hazy. Half-inch white, soft head with good retention. Fruity yeast aroma, somewhat salty, sea-like. Medium body, soft carbonation. Semi-sweet taste balanced by a tangy fruitiness and a pleasant saltiness. Acidic aftertaste with a mild bitterness.

Bottle, bought @ Nordisk Ølhandel, Cph. Pours light hazy copper with a nice, medium, frothy and light fizzy head. Aroma has mild malts, oranges, berries, mild fruity tartness. Medium carbonation, light dry and oily mouthfeel. Flavour has a quite sweet centre, light sugary, fruity, not very tart. Oranges, berries, green apple. Very fresh with a soft sweet and warming finish.

500ml bottle, 7.4 % abv, shared with Finn. Many thanks to OleR for the bottle. Clear, straw-golden coloured body. Decent white head leaving spotty lacing down the glassware. Resin-like aroma, dry and semi-tart. Fresh taste of half-tart apples, herbs and mid-sweet berries. Dry bittersweet, fruity ending. Quite refreshing on the swallow. Fine bodied. Likable (Tromsø, 30.04.2013).

Sampled at omhper, thanks. Short off white head. Clear solid yellow color. White vine aroma as from a Gewurtstraminer wine. Fine winey taste. Light body and small bitterness.

Bottle, many thanks to OleR. Hazy orange yellow color with thick long lasting white head. Aroma of sweet malt, sea-bucktorn, honey, jam. Taste starts malty sweet, continues with tart berries. Dry tart finish. For me very unusual, but definitely tasty beer.

Flaske fra vinmonopolet. Gyllen oransje farge med skumrand, frisk syrlig smak.Har ikke peiling på hva tindved er før nå. Smaker malt,gjær,sitrus,hvitvin og åpenbart tindved. En veldig frisk og syrlig øl. Veldig god

Bottled, thanks KnutAlbert! Hazy golden, small head. Vinous buckthorn aroma with floral (lily of the valley) notes. Slender and fresh, somewhat fruity with elegant dryness. Notes of white wine and lemon zest. Low bitterness. Very impressive!

Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, tart berry, bucktorn, light hoppy. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, fruity - berry, bucktorn. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130216]

Bottle batch 543. Hazy yellow with a medium sized bubbly white head that leaves some lacing. Aroma is yeast, dusty, fruity, hay, light herbal, light phenolic notes. Taste is medium sweet and light+ bitter. Very light tart and very light astringent towards the finish with a light salty feel that doesn’t really fit in. Medium body, oily texture, medium carbonation. Light fruit in the finish.
