(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head with lace. Light-sweet malty aroma with hay, subtle citrus-fruity and herbal hoppy notes. Moderately sweet flavour with a bitter edge, light to medium bodied with a smooth and pleasant carbonation. Good balance between the initial malty, slightly grainy sweetness and herbal hops towards the dry-ish, moderately bitter finish. Aromatic and rounded Helles with little Pilsener-character.

Tap@brewpub. It’s golden with a creamy, white and lasting head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread and flower. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of flower, bread, malt and the finish is slightly dry.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts mild, but very sourish. Becomes woody to the end, still sourish and fermented. Not a good beer!

bottle. Clear golden yellow, medium-sized head. Malty-fruity nose, reminding me of some Bhoemian Pilseners. Medium-bodied, solid malty base with lovely aromtaic hops. Well-matured carbonation, hints of grain. The flavour also reminds me of Bohemian Pilsners. Good stuff.

Bottle: Traces of carbonation visible, slowly collapsing fluffy white head, golden coloured; sweet-malty, only a bit grainy nose with almost Pilsner-like hoppy traces; soft MF, robust sweet-bitter flavour, nearly medium-bodied; distinctive, but mild sweet-bitter finish with a tinge of aromatic hops. Very well crafted, spicy and pleasant Helles.......

Malty aroma and flavor. Slight hoppiness. Just a hint of metal and a bit of orange. Clean palate.
