The bottle looks not so good (unprinted top label), the beer in the glass is okay. The beer starts mild, modest fruity like banana, a bit dry finish. Not bad!

Tap@brewpub. It’s unclear golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has mild notes of banana, yeast and wheat. the sweet flavor is mild all the way through, it has notes of yeast, banana, wheat, and the finish is slightly dry and mildly spicy. It’s harmonic and charming.

bottle, Dankeschön Frankenland! Cloudy golden yellow, large white head. Fruity nose. Yeasty and wheaty with a nice fruity touch, not too intensive. Banana and peach, rounded off with some spicy hops in the finish.

Bottle 8purchased at the brewery): Cloudy golden with a loose off-white head, that quickly diminishes to a stable foamy layer; the aroma is dominated by citrus-fruity and wheaty-grainy notes; moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied; in the finish - again - lemons and wheat, the sweet-sourish finale ends with an mild, but tart aftertaste. A very good and refreshing weizen.......

MoritzF (7402) - Bochum, GERMANY - APR 19, 2007
(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a thick and dense foamy white head. Dusty and chalky, moderately sweet wheat-malty and sourish-fruity aroma with banana, citrus and pears. Light-sweet, slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a velvety, pleasantly carbonated mouthfeel. Good wheat-character with a rising fruit-accentuation towards the refreshing finish with restrained phenols. Rounded and pleasant Weizen.

Wheat aroma with a little banana and a hint of vegetables. Cloudy, dark yellow, white head, good lace. Sweet, hint of sourness, wheat, light banana, smooth. If it only was a little fuller and didn't have the vegetable in the aroma it would be a great german hefeweizen.

Citrus and banana in the aroma. Well laced. Yeasty flavor with citrus and grapes.
