Bottle 330ml. w. swing top.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, thin, hay, straw, keller - vgetables. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20130104]

An unclear dark orange beer with quite large chucks of yeast floating around in this unfiltered "pilsner" (that’s what the label reads) underneath a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of oranges and caramel, while the flavor is slightly acidic with notes of straw and oranges.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is vegetable and toasted. Caramelish and breadish. Breadish and toasted malty. Dry, bitter and light fruity. Ends bitter and fruity finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Pours a hazy, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Sweetish, malty nose. Medium body with plenty of sweet malt - some caramel also. Discreet hoppiness in the finish. Very pleasant. 150506

Swing top bottle. Cloudy. Mandarin aroma. Hoppy, flowery flavor with lychee, yeast and citrus. Yeasty bitter aftertaste with hops and a hint of licorice.

Kurz wässriger, dann würzig werdender Antrunk. Eine leichte und süffige Herbe kommt auf, hopfig werdend, die Würzigkeit ist hier schön getreidig-hopfig und sehr sanft. Im Abgang deutlich hopfiger, was zu einer Intensitätssteigerung des Bieresführt. Leicht bitter, etwas fruchtig. Test vom 21.2.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 7,12,11,11,8,11 - 10,60

Bügelverschlußflasche: Deep golden, hazy, big - slowly collapsing - loose white head; doughy-fruity nose with some hops underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied and fizzy; increasing hoppiness in the tart-bitter finish. Unbalanced and fizzy.....

(swing top bottle) Hazy copper coloured effervescent body with a big and stable foamy off-white head. Slightly sweet toastmalty nose with notes of floral hops, yeasts and a fruity tinge (pear). Moderately sweet malty, slightly fruity taste, smooth carbonated mouthfeel, medium bodied. Yeasty, hoppy finish with a balanced bitterness. Good.

Swing-top bottle. Sweet-sour barley malt and hay aroma. Cloudy amber color with small head. Sweet barley malt, tart lemon peel, and moderately bitter herbal hops flavor. Nice body. Very nice - pretty hoppy for the style.
