Brown-amber color with beige head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is caramel, raisins, some booze. Taste is toffee, caramel, raisins, liquorice, quite chewy. Carbonation is average. It’s a bit too sweet and alcoholic I think.

Kibble and dates nose, hints of honey and vinegar. Muddy brown, medium yellow head, little retention. Rich caramel, kibble and grain. Raisin finish. Medium body easy carbonation. Dynamic for the style, well balanced.

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo o ladnej metnej barwie bursztynowo rubinowej, pianie sporej i kremowej choc szybko opadajacej.

500 ml swing top bottle poured a cloudy orange amber with a small lsting amber head. Aromas of caramel, fruitiness, light tobacco and a hint of yeast. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of caramel, earthiness, light fruitiness and light spice with a smooth lingering caramel finish.

500ml swing top - hazy light amber - thick, soapy lace - nose of cookie dough, dried cherries, raisin, brown sugar, fig - pretty pleasant, really - the flavor is not nearly as enjoyable - strongly present alcohol - malt character is kind of stale - texture is a little thin - some caramelized sugars, raisin, nuts - boozy finish - was hoping for more.

Clear slightly deep amber with a thin fading light tan head. Musty and toast-filled bock nose with some nuttiness and chewy caramelised wheat and more toast and crust. Basic bock flavors with some caramel, toast, German doughy nuttiness, and a smooth dry toffee-ish finish. Very color-inside-the-lines, but so dang well made I gotta give props. This is what every doppelbock strives to be.
