Bubblegum and banana but a little bit too synthetic to be a great weiss. Does not have the natural undertones but too bubble gum manufactured.

Orangée très troublé. Mousse blanche abondante qui se tient bien. Nez de pain et de banane. Saveurs de bananes et de céréales. Crémeuse, forte carbonation, légère acidité, pas d’amertume, peu de corps.

Serving: from bottle--purchased at BevMo!. Aroma: light bubble gum, banana and clove. Appearance: average sized, creamy, off-white initial head with very good lacing. Hazy, dark-yellow body. Taste: moderately sour, citrus initial flavor and finish with average duration. Palate: light body, watery texture and fizzy carbonation. Overall: very good.

Pours a cloudy orange color with white head. Some clove, citrus, and malt on the nose, with a raw wheat note; follows onto the palate. Average hefeweizen.

Poured from bottle (Hacker Pshorr Weiss). Citrus malt aroma. Cloudy gold with white head. I taste orange , grape, hay, creamy malt. Full flavored. Just the right amount of carbonation makes this a very refreshing beer. A classic - can’t believe I’ve never rated this before.

Bottle pour. Nice finger and a half head, hazy gold color. Aroma is fruity with a little spice. Taste is similar, banana and spice. Really enjoyed this one.

A nice weisse, wheat based beer. From the bottle. Pours cloudy orange, big foamy head, some lacing. Smell is banana, wheat orange. Taste is similar to smell, almost a little watery though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light, smooth. Wheat beer flavors of banana and citrus, yeast and bread. Light but punchy with a nice finish.

Pours a slightly cloudy gold with a big white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Nose is of grain and yeast. Very creamy on the palate with rich viscosity. Taste is of lightly roasted grains, a hint of apricot, with a clean well balanced finish, neither bitter nor sweet. In top tier of Weisse beers; try it with white sausages.

330 ml bottle. Nice bready banana and marzipan flavor. Medium bready body, very slight banana aftertaste. A handsome beer, not run of the mill. I would love to try this on tap at a bar in Berlin.

mathieuc (1255) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - APR 6, 2014
Pours a heavily hazed golden with a medium creamy white head that leaves good lacing. Nose is of a typical hefe with some nice and distinct cloves and bananas. Taste is not sweet and even a little tart, quite nice. Flavors are of fresh banana bread and wheat. Mouthfeel is smooth, carbonation medium and body light to medium. Overall a pretty good beer, true to style.
