Part of the Great Munich Beer Raid 2010. On tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a huge off white head. Aroma is sweet, earthy and hay. Malty, yeasty fruity and hoppy. Palate is dry and bitter, lasting creamy ending.

Herb-muffiger Beginn, etwas malzig und getreidig. Leider wird das Bier noch deutlich muffiger, es mangelt quasi an allem. Schlecht. 11/6/7/6//6

Draught: Golden, almost clear, very lively carbonation, extremely stable creamy off-white head; rural-malty nose with some hoppy edges; light to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, relatively soft, almost medium bodied; soft sweetish-malty finish with a slight hoppy tail. Nothing to complain, quite a well-made Zwickel....

Bottle. Amber golden color with white head. herbal aroma. Flavor is malty, quite oily and full, little hoppy tones. Finish is soft bitter. Drinkable.

A hoppy but also supremely malty Zwickelbier. I enjoyed it perhaps the most out fo the Hacker-Pschorr Braeuhaus collection.

Hazy Orange with a medium white head & lots of carbonation. Aroma: slight hay, orange, barnyard, grass and malt. Flavour: Hay, malt, slightly grassy with a hint of wet cardboard. Good carbonation in the mouthfeel with a long grassy finish.

Appearance : Pale yellow with small white head.
Aroma : Malty with some adjunct. some herbal hops. Light diacetyl. Some honey.
Taste : Malt and adjunct. Some herbal hops.
Overall : The beers was not very good. Felt too young, not ready. Quite disapointing.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity, grassy and hayish crisp hoppy. Malty, yeasty fruity and distinct hoppy. Again a slight tap issue - I guess this was a slow night. Ends dry and bitter, lasting butterish note.

Huge foamy head, hazy yellow color. Fresh yeasty flavor. Citrus and grain notes. Fresh yeasty aroma with citrus notes. Dry, light bitter finish.

500ml Bottle - Hazy gold/amber with a large white head. Sweet and grainy aroma with a hint of honey. Sweetish malty taste with a hint of honey and a bittersweet bready finish. Drinkable but nothing special.
