Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, ripe banana, clove notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. ~Scent of banana, caramel malts, clove, and bready wheat. No hops detected.
~Fairly strong clove and banana flavor with bready wheat. Clove dominates than subdued by banana esters. No hops detected.
~Medium light bodied with high carbonation. Sweet spicy clove finish.
~Great Dunkelweizen. I wish mouth feel was a bit fuller. Feels somewhat thin. Delicious beer nonetheless.
