The color is dark amber, slightly hazy with some slight white head. No lacing.
The smell is a hearty wheat flavor. It feels like the the dark labels temple to ray in. It was just what the doctor ordered. A mix of wet hops and some sweet malts.
The taste i just a problematic mineral vice. It has just the right amount of flavor with some roasted malt and well as a wheaty/fruity flavor to this beer as well.
This beer has a medium body and is pretty carbonated. It has some nice drinkability and is pretty easy on the palate.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Nov 22, 2009 Bottle from Jakes Bar and Bistro Steilacoom-- they usually only have tap beer (42 specialty taps) but they happened to have a few bottles of this beer leftover from their Oktoberfest party, the beer doesn’t look fantastic to me, its super cloudy with a real murky quality but the flavor and mouthfeel are terrific! After one I really wanted another, so I had one! really nice malt and Christmas bread spice to it...
