Tap at Chaucer’s Pub, London, Ontario- Pours deep brown/orange with tons of haze, and a thick and foamy white cream. Mildly citric aroma, some clove, and very yeasty. Taste is again, yeasty, sweet fruit, corriander and citrus rinds. Mint sprigs too! Smooth and creamy. Very drinkable!

On tap at Alex P. Keaton (London, ON). Cloudy brown body topped with an average off-white foamy head. Good malty/hoppy aroma with yeasty and spicy notes. Taste is very well balanced. It has a mild texture and is slightly dominated by maltiness. Ends with a decent bittersweet finish.

Cloudy brown yellow. Cloves, wheat, banana bread, and dryness. A dark yeast sediment pocket at the bottom with a lively carbonation. Hacker-Pshorr is one of Germany’s finest.
